What was the motivation of the founders of Loyallyst to launch IP protection? Why we launched a custom legal strategy in 2026?

Andrei and Mikhail, as founders and entrepreneurs at the time of our acquaintance, were already familiar with the risks and competition in the field of IT development of SaaS products, aware of the problems that may arise in the lack of reservation of rights or errors that lead to loss of profit or litigations.

Within 3 months of work, we provided the Loyallyst team with all primary documents, carried out all legal actions that consolidated the protection of their Intellectual Property.

Founders Loyallyst turned to us with a simple task: To ensure maximum legal protection of intellectual property for the created IT product, which will fix the rights and, if necessary, protect the rights of Andrei and Mikhail worldwide.

After holding several meetings, finding out the main tasks, risks, and plans of the developers, we formed a plan for the legal protection of the IT product Loyallyst. Our task was to create a long-term IP strategy that would help the founders protect their product, IT facilities, which include:
